Arriving by air
Airport pickup and drop-off in Trinidad
Piarco airport handovers are arranged around your actual flight arrival or departure time, not the office's opening hours. Evening, Saturday-afternoon and Sunday handovers can be arranged at the airport, subject to availability. The exact time is confirmed in writing when your booking is arranged.
Office hours (Mon–Fri 9:00am–4:00pm; Sat 9:00am–12:00pm) apply to the office and general enquiries, not airport handovers. The Piarco meeting point, waiting time, flight-delay handling and airport fees are confirmed with the booking team. No airport rental counter is implied.
